It's been designed for the client.
You can relax and enjoy being pampered.

Cancellation Policy
•The salon requires you to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.
•If you are 5-10 minutes late or do not arrive for your appointment, the 50% fee will be forfeited (valid reasons will be taken into consideration)
• 50% deposit is required to secure or salon appointments / services.
•This fee is required with your booking and can be paid: online, over the phone or in salon.
•If you cancel/reschedule within 24hrs of your appointment, the 50% fee will be forfeited (valid reasons will be taken into consideration)
•You have up to 24hrs to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please do this by contacting the salon on: 0401 484 797.

I empathies with some peoples hesitation on the 50% deposit/cancellation fee however, as a small business and due to late cancellations, late arrivals and/or non arrivals, this is financially affecting the business to continue to stay open. It also affects the ability to run on time, for all appointments.
I appreciate your understanding and why this has been implemented.

Emerging 3rd Year Stylist

Terryn is an advance apprentice stylist, in her 3rd year of her apprenticeship. She is experience and confident in foils, colour application and blow drying / styling. Terryn has also started learning styled cutting. She is quiet, kind, friendly and passionate about her work and her career. Terryn is growing and advancing in her hairdressing knowledge so please be patient with her, as she’s still learning.
